Building Excellence Across America
It’s been a steady and productive month at Pro Commercial. Our team continues to navigate challenges, find practical solutions, and move projects forward with consistency and care. We’re grateful for the trust our clients place in us and excited about the progress being made across the board.

What to Watch for in Construction Proposals
Missing Contingency Planning: If a contractor submits a bid without any contingencies, that’s a concern. Construction is rarely without surprises such as soil issues, permitting delays, or material lead times. Without a buffer, unexpected costs often fall back on the owner.
Our Approach: We include thoughtful contingencies in every estimate because it’s the right way to plan. Our goal is to minimize surprises and help everyone stay aligned from start to finish.
Generic “One-Size-Fits-All” Proposals: If a proposal feels vague or overly broad, it may not reflect a full understanding of your project. Every job is different, and proposals should reflect that.
How We Work: We take time to understand your project’s specific needs. Whether it’s a remodel, ground-up build, or a branded facility with specific standards, we tailor our proposal accordingly. No two jobs are the same, and we don’t treat them like they are.

Value Engineer Success Story
The Challenge: A hotel ownership group had spent nearly two years working through design and permitting. But when the project finally went out to bid, the pricing came in far above budget, putting the entire effort at risk.
Our Solution: We were brought in through a referral and partnered with the ownership team, brand reps, and trades to rework several aspects of the project including electrical, mechanical, foundation design, and finish selections, all while maintaining brand standards.
The Results: Within 30 days, we helped bring the project back within budget. With costs under control, the client was able to move forward with construction.
The Key Insight: Value engineering isn’t about removing quality. It’s about exploring smarter options that meet the same goals. It takes collaboration, attention to detail, and the right experience to navigate that process well.
